<image:caption>As a theatre director, I’ve spent twenty years honing my ability to craft stories that have impact, inspire teams to action, unite diverse groups around a common purpose, and manage conflict with empathy and clarity. For the last six years, I’ve brought these same skills to Fortune 100 companies in the US, Europe, and Asia. I know empathy, creativity, peak performance, and other skills translate across all areas of leadership. I also know these skills are not an inherent part of an artist’s personality, but a disciplined practice that can be taught and developed.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Home - Our Offerings</image:title>
<image:caption>Leadership Communication requires three distinct skills. The first is the ability to create a vision for others to follow (storytelling). The second is the ability to execute on that vision day by day (management). Finally, great leaders must reflect upon their leadership to understand what is emerging and to find what’s next (transition). Working with groups and individuals, online or in person, our core offerings look at each of these phases of leadership.</image:caption>

<image:title>How We Work - The Whole Self Process</image:title>
<image:caption>Though we tailor our work to fit the needs of individual clients, four key principles remain consistent throughout: Communication is Holistic: Our work engages your whole self. You have to know what to say (your content), how to say it (your presence and delivery), how to work with your emotions, passion, fear, and stress (your heart). Our work develops repeatable processes and habits for developing each of these areas into holistic communication expertise. Communication is embodied, not intellectual: You wouldn’t go to a lecture to learn to dance. The same is true here. Immediate application and expert feedback transforms intellectual understanding into transformational experience. Communication is individual: For too long, developing “executive presence” meant training people to conform to a leadership model that was overwhelmingly weighted towards whiteness and maleness. Whole Self Communication is about developing leadership through authenticity, fully connecting to each person’s identity, instead of trying to fit a different one. Communication takes time (you probably don’t have): Our work recognizes that you have a million things to do. In order for our work to leave a lasting impact, it has to be able to fit into your life. Our model is based on demonstrating immediate impact, while giving you tools and support to continuously improve.</image:caption>
